The New Jersey Department of Health’s Readiness to Stand against Youth Suicide (R2S Challenge) initiative is in its final year. It is really important that we understand what we have accomplished over the last five years and what we still need to tackle going forward. We hope you will help us by participating in this workforce development survey for youth serving providers in New Jersey. We are inviting you to participate in an important yet brief survey about the suicide prevention knowledge and resource needs of providers who serve the youth of New Jersey.
