Youth Empowerment Summit: Grounded, Growing, and Glowing

Led by experienced facilitators, this Youth Empowerment Summit brings youth from the ages 13 to 17 together to explore key topics that support their health, confidence, and decision-making, including:

• Sexual and reproductive health
• Mental health and emotional well-being
• Harm reduction and personal safety
• Peer education and leadership skills

The summit also includes a dedicated workshop for parents and caregivers focused on:

• Learning practical tools to support their teens
• Building confidence around tough conversations
• Connecting with other parents and caregivers
• Strengthening communication and trust at home
